Payment
An active card is required upon booking to collect non-refundable deposits for my services. Deposits that have been collected will be deducted from your total cost. Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. I accept cash, Venmo, Cash App (preferred payment methods) as well as all major debit/credit cards which are subject to a processing fee. Please note that while tips are greatly appreciated, they are not required.
Late Arrivals
In order to best serve my clients I adhere to a strict time schedule. There is a 15 minute grace period after the start of your scheduled appointment time before it is cancelled and marked as a no-show if no communication is made prior. Out of respect for others I do not overlap appointment times and will require that you reschedule. Please plan accordingly and allow yourself enough time to commute, park, and locate my suite.
Additional Guests
I allow one additional guest per client. All guests are to remain seated in our waiting area for the duration of the appointment to minimize disruption. I ask that you do not bring along young children as I work around biohazardous waste, harsh chemicals and sharps. We refuse to be responsible for your children becoming potentially injured or ill. For their safety, it is best that they remain at home.
Rescheduling
Your deposit is transferable once as I allow one reschedule in the scenario that you become ill or are faced with a sudden emergency (Life happens!). I kindly ask that you notify me prior to your appointment if possible in order to fill my schedule/notify others of an immediate opening. A new deposit will be required each time you continue to push your appointment date and or do so on such short notice. All clients receive appointment confirmation and reminders via email where they have the option to make these changes.
Cancellations
Same day cancellations, no call-no shows will result in a forfeited deposit. Understand that when you do this it not only obstructs the artist from working the duration of the missed appointment, but it takes away the opportunity for another client to occupy that time slot. Clients will be required to pay a new deposit in order to schedule again. Repeat no shows will no longer be able to book with me.
Service Notice
I reserve the right to refuse service and or fire a client for any given reason. There is absolutely zero tolerance for abuse, discrimination, harassment, hate speech etc. while in my presence. I uphold a standard for the type of environment I provide so I ask that you respect my space. Let’s keep it fun, kind and welcoming to all.
